This is your classic “hole in the wall”. No frills, but tasty eating sure to satisfy your cravings. From their classic Chinese dumplings (pan fried or steamed), to other classic dishes - and also some other unique dishes such as the shrimp toast. They’re all pleasurable and fairly priced. Quite unassuming, hence “hole in the wall”, but in the best of ways. One of those spots that if you’re lucky enough to know, you may selfishly keep to yourself as your neighbourhood secret. This is my neighbourhood secret, yet I’m happy to share this with the masses. As they deserve it, and it’s just not fair to keep all to myself. Happy dining.

Smashing IT! By far the BEST, yes, I said the BEST Chinese food in Toronto! Nestled in the heart of the St. Clair Avenue West neighborhood this family run business has been the ideal stop for everyone in the area to grab some extremely tasty and flavorful eats. My order tonight consisted of: 1. The famous Chinese Dumplings Beef & Chinese Cabbage. 2. Chicken fried rice with pineapple 3. Kung Pao Chicken 4. Beef with Black Bean My table looked like it was feeding a large family! Nope, it was all just for me! The customer service is excellent, such talented cooks, the food hot, fresh, and SO SO TASTY. Love this place and can't wait to come back. So whether you're in the mood for takeout or dining in and you're looking for REAL AUTHENTIC Chinese cuisine, then this is definitely the place for you.

I was happily surprised. It was great quality Chinese food, and I can't wait to try their dumplings. Reheat factor: it got better the next day! Very rare.

We love this place. They are so friendly and kind to our toddler. They have kids plates and cutlery and remember all our favourite dishes. A neighbourhood gem! The food is delicious, the service fantastic. Try it, and bring the whole family!

I came to try this Chinese restaurant on a friend’s recommendation, and it turned out to be a hidden gem! They have freshly made dumplings, and every dish we ordered was super authentic and delicious. It’s a great spot for gathering with friends or family. I highly recommend the dumplings, spicy garlic eggplant, and cucumber salad. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes!

My friend took me out for lunch here today and it was my first time eating at Chinese Dumplings. I have to say I was so impressed. Delicious food! The best Chinese food that I have had in Toronto actually. The service was wonderful. Friendly, helpful and happy. I HIGHLY recommend having lunch or dinner here. I know I will be back and will recommend this resteraunt to my friends & family.

Small, quiet and mighty! This is how one could describe this little dumpling place. All dumplings are handmade in front of you and cooked. The restaurant is truly a family business and you enjoy the cool family dynamics.
